Suggested Use:
Start with one capsule in the morning.
If one capsule is not strong enough for you, try the average dose of 2-3 capsules (again, in the early morning). Whenever you increase dosage, be aware that your sleep pattern that night could be affected so try to start or change dosage on a day when sleep is less important.
