I chose to order with you primarily because your website is so forthcoming about the cost of shipping. I really liked that. Other sites don't tell you how much the shipping is going to cost until the checkout process when you've already entered your personal information. I was wondering whether that might not indicate the way you run your business as a whole.... customer service oriented. I had this expectation in my mind when I ordered but I was still impressed when my order was shipped the very next day. I knew it was shipped via Priority mail but I was still surprised when it arrived two days later (one day earlier than expected). I just wanted to say that my first purchase with your company was a very positive experience from start to finish. I thought I should say, Thank You.

Hey, what's going on with this place anyway? I thought I was the only one who could deliver this level of customer service and now you go make me look foolish on my first order. The customer service person who took my order worked with me and went beyond the call of duty to recommend an absolutely necessary addition to my order. They even went off the phone and checked dosage requirements for me. ( apologized for the delay ). Shipping was unbelievably fast! I’m very pleased with the product. –Lynn, April 2009
