MENSTRUATING WOMEN: 1/4 teaspoon, twice daily, beginning on the 12th day following the first day of menstrual flow. Continue through day 27. PERIMENOPAUSAL WOMEN: 1/4 teaspoon, twice daily, beginning on the 12th day following the first day of menstrual flow. Continue through day 27. MENOPAUSAL WOMEN: 1/4 teaspoon, twice daily for 21 days.
