| Ordering on the Web with Credit Card
Browse our web site and click on the "Order Now" button to put an item in your shopping cart. Then just follow the easy instructions to place your order online using a variety of payment methods.
Don't feel comfortable ordering online with a credit card?
We understand that no matter how secure we have made our site, some people still do not feel comfortable ordering online with a credit card. We want to make ordering as easy as possible for you, so we have these additional ways to place your order:
Ordering on the Web with Check or Money Order
Unlike other web sites, we do not charge extra for paying by Check or Money Order. You can still place your order on our web site and then simply choose "check/money order" as the payment option in Your Shopping Cart (NOTE: leave the "account number" field blank). After you click on "Place This Order," you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order and instructions for mailing in your payment (check or money order).
Once we receive your payment in the mail, we will process your order. We must receive your payment before we will ship your order; see our payment methods for more information on processing time for check and money orders.
Ordering by Telephone
Do you want to call your order in? No problem, just call our toll-free number (US & Canada) at 1-800-865-5545. International customers please call 1-508-393-8480. Our customer service representative will accept a variety of payment methods.
Ordering by FAX
Want to FAX us your order? Sure thing, just print off the FAX Order Form Page and fax it to us at 1-508-393-8435. We accept these payment methods for fax orders.
Tracking Your Order
If you would like an update as to if we have received your payment or if your order has been shipped, please call toll-free 1-800-865-5545 (US & Canada) or email service@wholesalesupplementstore.com. Please include your order number. International customers please call 1-508-393-8480.
