What is Chromium For?
Chromium is a mineral required by the body for the proper use of blood sugar
for energy. Without chromium and insulin, a hormone produced by the pancreas,
our blood sugar can damage our cells. The most
concentrated sources of chromium are brewer's yeast and calf liver. Other good
sources of chromium are whole grains and cheese. Calcium
