As a dietary supplement, consume three (3) capsules with 8-10 oz. of water
two (2) times daily, 30-60 minutes before meals. On training days, take 1of the 2 daily
servings prior to workout. Start use with only 1 capsule twice daily to assess tolerance
and response for the first three days, then gradually increase dosage. Never consume
more than 3 capsules in a 4-hour period and/or consume more than 6 capsules in 24
hours. Do not take within 4 hours of bedtime. Drink at least ten 8 oz. glasses of water per
day. Read warnings and only use as directed. Warnings:
Not intended for persons under the age of 18. Do not use if pregnant or nursing.
Consult a health care professional prior to consumption if you have any preexisting
medical condition including but not limited to: hypertension, hypotension, anxiety,
depression, seizure disorder, cardiac arrhythmia, stroke; heart, liver or thyroid disease;
diabetes, psychiatric disease, asthma, difficulty urinating due to prostate enlargement,
or if you are taking a MAO inhibitor or any prescription medication. Do not consume with
any caffeine or stimulants including but not limited to: coffee, tea, soda, any dietary
supplement containing caffeine or other products designed for weight loss or energy
enhancement. After 12 weeks of use, discontinue for a minimum of 2 weeks. Reduce or
discontinue use if sleeplessness, tremors, dizziness, nervousness, headaches, or heart
palpitations occur. Do not consume for at least 2 weeks prior to surgery. Improper use of
this product will not improve results and is potentially hazardous to a person’s health.
