Suggested Use:

1 scoop with 12-16oz of cold water (adjust water level to achieve desired taste); consume before and throughout physical exercise. Post workout or after training, mix 2 scoops with 24-32oz of cold water and drink over the next hour to support electrolyte replenishment & muscle recovery.

These powders are reduced down from kilo sizes. Each powder is put into a HDPE container and then labeled, Heat Sealed, with dosing based off 1/4 tsp. Warnings:
